From Lion King Fanon

Peter is an orphaned lion cub as found in Nala15's fan-fiction Lord of the Plain. He is taken in by Fina and becomes Leia's foster brother.

Peter is a grey cub with a lighter muzzle, underbelly, and toes. He has turquiose eyes and has a shy, but curious disposition.

After losing his mother to Qymaen and narrowly escaping him and his partner Saka Sefu, thanks to Jabari, Peter wandered alone in the forest and, later, on the savanna. There, he was discovered by Leia, who took him to her mother, Fina. Fina agreed to take Peter in until they found his mother.
